Grilling Lobster Tails
Make sure the lobster tails are thawed or better yet use live lobsters.
Boil the live lobsters partially, don’t boil them fully.
Pull off the lobster tail.
Place the lobster tail on a cutting board. Then use a cutting shear to cut the tails lengthwise. You can butterfly the tails with a knife if you wish.
To prevent the tails from curling on the grill place a skewer lengthwise through the tail.
Gas Grills set to medium temperature.
Spray the grill with nonstick cooking spray to prevent the meat from sticking and ruining the lobster tails.
Marinade the tails as they cook preventing them from burning. Turn them over to cook both sides. Cook flesh down first for 4-6 minutes then flip to finish until firm.
